Good mod, but it needs a small fix. Other Alternate Start Options do not trigger Whiterun to be aware of the dragon attack on Helgen, so the city is open to you without the guard saying "City closed while the dragon is around." This mod does trigger Whiterun, so it is closed if you visit there, even if you never go to Helgen or into the escape cave. Please adjust the mod so that it does not trigger Whiterun, unless you visit Helgen or rescue your choice of the Imperial or Stormcloak. Whiterun should not know about Helgen unless you visit Helgen or the escape cave.
I run a mod that allows me to delay or permanently pause the main quest start and, if I chose a start in the Shire with your mod, it is somewhat pointless to use the delay/block MQ options, since it is too late to stop news of Helgen from reaching Whiterun.
