your other arrow mod works fine since the arrows are inherently magic (i think). i'm guessing ARSO and this mod are attempting to add some parameter to the arrow after it's been fired, and ARSO always wins
Tried a similar setup using CK and was unable to finally determine how I wanted bleed applied... was going to make bleeds standardized across all normal arrows, instead of creating new ones. I had a list of numbers (bleed approx 50% of the base damage of said arrow) but it just got insane after a certain point. Would like to see this as a replacer for all arrows, and thank you for the work.

This is based off of the vanilla hack and slash perk. It doesn't effect undeads, ghosts, and Dwemer Constructs.

Bleeding on a ghost/undead/dwemer constructs just isnt logical.
