You can apply those eyes for elven races.

    1. Open "MikanEyes All in one SE.esp" in SSEEdit by right-click and choosing "Deselect all" and selecting only this esp.
    2. Wait to load mod and its masters, expand the .esp and then the "Head Part" tab.
    3. Choose favorite eyes and change "RNAM Valid Races"from "HeadPartsHuman [FLST:000A8026]" to "HeadPartsAllRacesMinusBeast [FLST:000A803F]" (without quotation marks ofc).
    4. If you want to change all of them, it will take a while, but it's worth it.
    5. Finally close the SSEEdit and save changes.
    6. Good job, now you have eyes for all races, except beasts :)

You are a saint!!! Thanks so much for the instructions! I love the eyes, but always play as an elf.

I was looking for a vibrant eye mod exactly like this :D Somehow I passed over it when searching for eyes but at least I can add it mid playthrough; coincidentally, I found this from a mod preset that makes the character I already made (I like mine better anyway) . . . thank the nine for dependencies ( ̄y▽, ̄)╭ and thank u 🌸

You can can patch this for all races, pretty quickly (about 7mins), in SSEdit.
Just change your column width to about 70, change "selected count limit" to 50.
Next, change one record to the correct race. (HeadPartsAllRacesMinusBeast).
Now select  49 others (shiftclick). On the right, just drag the correct field into the rest.

I remember in the LE version there was a few pairs of eyes that had heterochromatic iridium. Are they still in this this version?

I want to make another standalone follower and chose in racemenu this eye mod. I chose a green eye in racemenu its name Mikan Eyes_F009.
iF I search for this eye texture in the mod folder I just found a different coloured eye with this name F009..
Why is the racemenu eye name different like in the mod folder?  Thanks

Is it expected to be able to see the plane that the eyelashes exist on from a near-profile angle? If I view my char from the side, I can see the eyelashes conforming to a black translucent frame. That frame adjusts if I adjust eyelash length.

Yes. It's how they are made. During normal play its usually not noticeable.
