It wouldd be nice if you use the MM to extract and install into game....the manual route you chose was not the usual route and I was unable to get it into game as I am a totally Nooby-nob....not even a wannaB geek...I do were glasses. I got the download via MM tyvm..one other problem....you do not say which race nor which preset placement....1?, or 10? I'm guessing Nord first preset 1?
Like every ECE-preset, you simply need to unpack the file and put the slot-file ( _1_commonTriRaces.slot ) into documents/my games/skyrim special edition/CME_save. As the name says this preset will be slot nr. 1, but you can rename the file to whatever number you want (between 1 and 40). The slot numbers are indipendent from wich race you choose. This preset should be used with human races. In the pictures I think I used Breton. As far as I know, there is no other way of using presets for ece. Sorry for the late reply. Have fun
