For some reason when i downloaded this mod my character keeps on saying you are over weight but when i open my inventory the weight limit is not reached. As soon i close the inventory my character can move normally again and this happens all the time when reloading a save.
Two years later: thats what you get for console-ing more carry weight :p Pretty sure if you draw your weapon when you load youll move normally, it's a classic bug in the vanilla game.
