I updated mods for Skyrim ver 1.6.629. I realized late last year that I needed to update my mods and finally got around to doing it. There seems to be several versions of Skyrim these days, and I'm sorry if there are versions that haven't been supported yet.
Regarding the messages to me asking for the source code: In conclusion, I will think about it in the future. Up until now, I have created mods by freely writing source code myself. At that time, I didn't have much knowledge about it, and I thought that it would be enough if it just worked, so when I read it again, it was a very messy and bad source code. If I publish the source code, I would like to organize the source code and publish it in a way that I am satisfied with.
Regarding my recent modding activity: I don't have the motivation to create mods right now, and I don't have time because my life is busy. The situation is expected to continue. I haven't been able to play Skyrim lately, but I still love Skyrim. There are still some mods that I want to try creating, so if I have the chance, I may create mods again someday.
This mod works fine for me in 2025. Dumb question though, how can I see the NPC level before attacking them? Only way the health bar and level pops up is if they are hostile?
what file did you download? try the one called "DisplayEnemyLevelAE 1.1.5 for Skyrim 16629" even though its not my ver of skyrim, it still worked so maybe the description isnt updated well by the author
It does seem to have some conflict with the opening scene. Just disable this mod, get inside Helgen Keep, then turn back on and everything should work fine.

If you are using TruHUD, there is an option in the MCM > General: Hide Vanilla Target Bar
Uncheck it.
