There is an Russian and English file of the mod already. The last sentence seems to be about a bug but it's not very descriptive on what it is or how to fix it. Hopefully the author can clear this up. I'm not sure if they are talking about just the vanilla race settings or RaceMenu because there are no other requirements listed besides Dawnguard.
