I really love this mod, it could be legendary if there was just a little salt and pepper sprinkled on. Like the tavern is always empty, the guards are just clones of each other (would be cool to be able to hire from a list, etc). But for what it is, if there's a better one out there, I haven't found it.
2024 tried and tested and working perfectly fine, just noticed the guards show no respect to you lol. 1. Create folder in Skyrim name it LC build your noble house then extract download to the folder -- > 2. ModManager install file and enable / In game, go to Fellburg then build everything in the CARPENTERS WORKBENCH > then activate it on the Drafting table (ACTIVATE BUILD PLANS)
Hello, i don't understand how to install the mod. I downloaded it, extracted it in a file, placed everything in the data files of Skyrim SE but nothing happens when i load the game... Anyone can help ?

@8bitwonders I found that reloading and returning without anyone with me, seemed to help... and I consoled in all the materials, this time around, which helped too... I now have this.... but it is still buggy.
This entire mod needs some serious updating by a better creator (as well as ton of patches made, like for RS Children). It feels outdated and worn even with aesthetic overhauls. Needs the exterior upgrades of something like Blue Solitude or Another Solitude, and an Elianora or Mentha esque interior and exterior decor do over.
I would not worry if it does not work, as I will be removing this next playthrough. Not worth it.
Is there a way I can force everything to be built at the start of a save? Perhaps a console command or similar? Trying to make a patch for a tree mod but can't commit to building it all for real. Thank you!
Found a really messed up bug. I was playing the main questline when I noticed that the chest in Delphine's secret room had Fellburg guard armor in it. I though that was funny and continued playing. I got to Diplomatic Immunity and ALL the stuff I gave delphine was not in the chest. Nope, only Fellburg stuff. I had so much good stuff like the Bow of Shadows and Remnant swords in there, not to mention the lists of miscellaneous items, books, potions, ingredients, arrows and armor that I lost as well. Lucky my best stuff went with Malborn. Honestly I find it incredibly lazy that you reused the same chest from the base game, and therefore ruining the ability to play it if a player does not know about that bug. Fix it please, or at least add a warning mate.
The mod does indeed interfere with the chest but the only way your stuff disappears is if you install this mod after you do the quest diplomatic immunity. I installed on a new game and when I went to the chest the Fellburg stuff was in the chest along with all my gear.
I have to say, this mod is amazing. I finally got around to building every structure. The only issue I had was some rocks clipping into the outskirt buildings. After reading some of the comments, I was sure there would be more issues but there just wasn't any. This mod was finished with 538 mods in the load order. In the end you have a fully functional town with a beautifully crafted castle to call home for your Dragonborn. Thank you Locaster.
So i downloaded this, installed it just fine, but i dont need construction materials?? I also dont seem to be able to locate that as an option, at first i thought, yeah i buy the orders with gold, then go to the table to activate it, which then brings a post where i need to bring the materials to, but nope castle walls for 800 gold and no materials? i am not understanding what went wrong here lol. I downloaded it with immersive & pure if that makes any difference?
Oooh okay, thank you. Yeah i do have the immersive collection, is it just an optional mod, or a required one for that? What would its name be, if possible i'd like to turn that off, as the gold price is kinda... cheap. Kills the immersion tbh, funny that they added that to the immersion collection, when it ruins immersion

Nothing I can build, no options, just silence from the build table.

I doubt it'll be fixed though, mod looks old and no longer managed.
