Due to several events in my Life I am no longer able to make further additions to this little patch consortium. I am sorry for that.
Everything can be used freely.
To be honest: Most of the patches just move some light sources or replace them with static ones etc. in order to overcome the light limit in the Creation Engine which results in flickering. The Winking Skeever Patch also brightens the room a littlebit up. And so on.
The community would benefit from a << Patch of ELFX or ESL >> especially when used with other mods which add extra light sources. This would result in an even better immersive experience.
Loaded at the very bottom of my load order, none of these worked. In fact the alternate start patch added new flickering with the torch and the winking skeever patch added flickering to the chandelier, while still being incredibly dark.
when im inside the room with the statue of mara, the doorway out doesnt show the actual other side, it is just a hole in the skybox, i cant see the geometry on the other side, when i walk though it switches so i can now see that side just fine, but the room with the statue of mara is now the one that i cant see the geometry on
I looked over the patch for Opulent Thieves Guild, and it does correct some of the ELFX things, BUT it also undoes some of the changes made by ELFX Fixes. So use with caution or make your own patch between the two. Just saying.
Edit: Just tested and it works fine, eliminating all flashing within the cell. I tested with ELFX, following this Load Order (and .esp in the same order): ELFX - ELFX No Player Homes - ELFX Enhancer - Alternate Start Fix. Installing ELFX Fixes and other alterations may override it and cause the flickering to return
