Howdy,
this is the readme for the file. this is a very straightforward file. you should install it with NMM. if not though, just install into the skyrim data folder.
the ring and necklace can be found within Helgen Keep, by the dead nord (Rest In Peace sweet prince.) within a chest. it is not floating.
