Q: Light Armor has 0 armor rating in the UI column and card. Is that correct? A: Yes. Instead of it you can see the base (not affected by your Sneak) armor rating of Light Armor in it's name. That's just limitation of the platform.
Q: Patcher finishes at 133% or something like that. A: That's fine, just ignore it.
Q: Patcher fails during patching with some crazy error A: There are really many broken plugins here on Nexus. Patcher often tries to access some data which MUST be in the record but actually ISN'T there. The only way to fix this is if you tell me exactly which plugin causes this issue. Then I will be able to do some safety checks which will allow to proceed patching. To do this, disable half plugins and re-run patcher. Then divide the half which causes the issue again. Until you determine the culprit.
For a Medium Armor implementation, I still prefer Mix and Match Armour Perk Overhaul (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/37633?tab=description). Also, Bonemold Armor is considered Medium Armor in the lore... Does this mod reflect that? More importantly, is this compatible with https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/33767?tab=description#:~:text=Gameplay%20Overhaul%20SE-,Combat%20Gameplay%20Overhaul%20SE,-Endorsements
Have you ever thought about using Synthesis as the patcher? Unfortunately, ZEdit has a limit of 255 esp plugins, regardless being esl-flagged or not, while Synthesis only counts no-esl plugins in the 255 limit.
Also, while your TEO is incredible and adaptable with the patcher, it brings too many changes in the records, changes based in magic effects and perks that could be added with Spell Perk Item Distributor. I know you no longer make of edit Skyrim Mods, but do you know anyone with enough knowledge to do it?
Any plans to change the khajiit/beast version of the sallet and armet? I love those helmets and was hoping to use one for my khajiit character, but the beast version of those helmets are nothing like either a sallet or armet helmet.

Sadly but Full version doesn't work anymore with the newest zEdit (0.6.6). It stops/freezes on "Filtering 2762 Armor Records from Skyrim.esm" without a log.

I'm just wondering if this mod conflict with Frostfall's warmth and exposure values? My exposure and warmth values keep being listed as zero despite wearing full fur armor. This mod may have nothing to do with it but I thought it was worth asking in case anybody knew.
After using this mod and loving it for ages, the biggest issue I've come across so far is the patching time - it can take AGES to fulfill and is one of the most excruciating parts of rebuilding a LO after making an edit or two.
And I believe there's ways to make this easier, with mods like the Spell Perk Item Distributor or even the Synthesis framework (which, from my tests, has made patching multiple mods take seconds at a time, far faster than anything through zEdit) that would make using this mod a lot less of a chore.
Either way, thank you so much for the gameplay experience and depth brought on by the Equipment Overhaul, it is fabulous and much appreciated <3
I've tried following the installation instructions a few times, but the puzzle piece button at the top-right of the zEdit window is not appearing as it does in the 2nd mod page's image. "teo" was extracted into the "zEdit > modules" folder, after installing the files from Part 1.

tried to fix it but it gets stuck on a call to xelib and i can't read c++
