- This version has been ported and improved from the original mod for Skyrim.
Major improvements on the existing code to make the mod run better and faster. All arrows of DLCs are now automatically included in the default settings. Known (and unknown) bugs / issues have been fixed.
This mod has a compatibility issue with EnaiRim's Ordinator's Archery perks. With this mod enabled it prevents some of the on hit perks from working.
As far as I can tell :
Crippling Shot - Arrows and bolts slow a target within 25 feet by 10% for 20 seconds. This effect stacks. No discernible speed reduction.
Beak and Talon - Your shots disrupt targets within 25 feet, disarming them if they are power attacking and knocking them down if they are staggered. *Comboed with : Wingstrike (2) - Bashing with a bow or crossbow always staggers the target. Bows and crossbows deal 20/40% more damage to that target (Gives a guaranteed method to knock down enemies)
Bashing to stagger then firing an arrow does not cause a knockdown
I am not sure how many of the other perks from Ordinator don't work with this as they are much harder to see the effects.
As soon as I disable this mod, everything works again from Ordinator. Even placed Ordinator at the very bottom of the load order with no success.
Really love this mod, but this is a dealbreaker for me unfortunately.
Hah, weird - this mod pops up after how many years ? I'm a relentless immersion mod trawler so i don't know how I missed this one.
One question occurs after using it for a few minutes. Clearly there is a random element re pulling arrows from corpses. My question is, does player level OR archery perk point OR archery skill level impact this ? My guess is no, but if not, that would be the ultimate. As the player progresses (i'd probably go archery skill ?) you get progressively better chances at retrieving pristine arrows from corpses. Not 100%, but enough of a change to see a progression.
Hello there, big fan of the mod here, the mod is fantastic, and it does all I expected it to do and more. However, I think that if the player could keep his config in multiple saves would be perfection, either with presets or settings loader. That would be my only suggestion, otherwise remarkable mod.
Thank you very much! I confess I don't really understand the lack of interest in this mod. Perhaps it was released too soon... In any case, it's not impossible that I'll dust it off a bit when I have a moment. If I do, I'll think about setting up a settings loader system.
I just decided to check out your page after reading through core impact framework and recognizing your name from dismemberment framework. Your unbelievably talented, thanks so much for sharing your work! If I had to guess why this wasn't popular its because its 7 years old and sounds way too good for its time haha, if it wasn't made by you I would be hesitant to trust it. I have a strong feeling if you were to release this now with no changes except for calling it Arrow Recovery System Overhaul NG it would blow up lol. Thanks again for everything!
This sounds great, however I would not want to spend a mod slot for it. Since the scripts do not come with their sources, I can not check, if they directly access any form IDs.

Either way, greetings from 2025, 2018 dweller.

awesome quality of life in 2025
Edit: My mistake, I kinda of made the false assumption your account was associated with Biggie Boss (the modlist author of Lorerim).
I have never seen this in the Skyrim launcher.
Are you refering to the built-in mod manager that forces you to connect to Bethesda.net?Edit: Seems to be a Skyrim LE only function.

Is it save to compact his and ESL flag?
