I agree! but still nice instead of those gritty textures. Especially when I was adjusting the .nifs in outfit studio, I noticed those really nasty textures from the base game :-D endorsed all of his mods.
Great quality textures, my only request is a desaturated version as the bright colours look a bit too clean as well as clash with the overall look of the rest of my games textures.

Unfortunately, desaturate decreases the quality a bit. Here are the files at 75% saturation. I edited this for personal use so if op wants it to be removed just say.
This is a highly underrated mod, Bravo! I love most of these textures, they are really good looking! As a point mentioned by others, there are a few which look too bright so I'm replacing those with textures from Rustic Clothing to even it out. I really hope you update this mod sometime soon!

Quilted, Merchant, Tavern, Miners, Blacksmith and Farmers clothes look excellent.
