Hi achintyagk, the texture is great. Do you know which .nif is being used for it? It's way too bright at night (not your fault). I'm thinking the specular values on the mesh need to be turned down. See the pic.

AHA found it using a full text search inside all the NIFs, it's fxcameraattachfluffs.nif. Unfortunately if I reduce the Emissive Multiple or try reducing the Emissive Color from gray to dark gray it causes my ENB to colorize the seeds based on time of day, so for example they look red in the evening during a red sunset even though the sun has gone down. hmmm
Never underestimate the value of immersive dandelions. You can have everything else in the game set to 4k Textures but that one single vanilla dandelion crosses your path and you'll feel like something managed to get into your game from the atari system.
You should be able to find them on clear days at the entrance to Riverwood, or in most forested areas. But the vanilla dandelions are so low quality you'd probably mistake them for snowflakes.
Not to mention there is actually no dandelion plants in the game unless Bethesda don't know what they look like and that weed I saw is supposed to be one.
before downloading this,I though vanilla dandelions were specks of dust. This is a must have for me!Thank you so much. You may think of either redoing pine needles/fall leaves too or add this as a replacer - I personally think this small change adds a lot to the game! you don't even need 4k or 2k textures to enjoy it,so wooden pcs can still enjoy this.
I originally drew each of them in 8K , but downscaled them to 2K each, since there are 4 dandelions in the texture. But I did include multiple resolution options so people can choose the resolution they want . I use the 1K version myself, on my mid-range laptop, but you really can see the difference between the resolutions whenever the dandelions fly near the screen.
These look really good, but I feel one thing the vanilla texture has over them is fuzziness due to the low resolution. These are very high resolution, but don't really appear fuzzy like actual dandelion seeds.
