   I tried to make this a home for Serana, as the blood-like waterfall would make it very immersive for a vampire's residence. But somehow the choice is not there. Is this not a house for followers, or is the problem at my end? I use iAFT as the follower organizer and MHIYH mod. I have no problem assigning her to other houses that come with followers' beds.

       No, but once you download the mod, the cave entrance to the home is immediately accessible. The home comes fully assembled.
