About this mod
A basic mod that adds a level cap and lowers the leveling rate to the Magic Anomaly enemy found when doing the College of Winterhold questline. The cap is 50 and the leveling rate of the Magic Anomaly is reduced from 1.75 to 1.25.

Overview
The Magic Anomaly enemy is one of the few NPCs in the vanilla game that does not have a level cap that also levels with the player. This makes doing the College of winterhold questline very tedious and boring when doing it at a high level due to the Magic Anomaly being able to take a lot of hits before being killed.
This mod adds a level cap of 50 and reduces the leveling rate from 1.75 to 1.25 to the Magic Anomaly enemy when completing the College of Winterhold questline. Due to the reduction of the leveling rate the Magic Anomaly enemy will hit its level limit when the player is level 40, after the player reaches level 40 the Magic Anomaly will no longer start to level with the player.
The reason why I also reduced the leveling rate from 1.75 to 1.25 is mostly because the cap would have been reached as soon as the player hits level 29 and this mod is (mostly) for players who are already a high level. If you do not want the modified leveling rate version please download the cap only file which only adds the level 50 level cap.
Eventually I will add an all in one version that will let you choose what level you want the cap to be and if you want a modified level rate. I also plan on doing this for other NPCs. Please note that this is my first mod and feedback will be greatly appreciated.
Compatibility
Should be compatible with everything, all this mod does is edit the leveling stats to the Magic Anomaly NPC. Everything else is left untouched.

You must ask me for permission to use my mod in your published mod, 99/100 times I will say yes as this mod is small. However, in the future I plan on doing similar mods like these and eventually combining them therefore you must ask permission.
