No enemy health bar and no names is the one for me. I had something like this before which I Think I did in the ini. Love it.
People think it's hard, but it isn't. It just makes things much more exciting and you have to think just a little bit, like a great warrior facing a great monster should:

For instant, you come across an easy bandit, no problem you kill him. You don't even need to know his health... But then you come come across a Draugr. Is it a Draugr lord or a Draugr no name?  Could be easy. Could be hard.  Could be deadly. Should you take him on or not? You hit him a few times- he's still standing, he hits you, you're hurt... Do you risking fighting on in the hope it falls soon? Or do you get out of there and get some distance?

No health bar on enemies forces you to have to think a little- and when you're fighting DRAGONS! Woo! You gotta be ready! You'll have one heck of a battle, probably running and hiding a lot while praying the next blow you strike will drop it. But when you see it finally fall down you'll feel great and it feels a lot more immersive!

Also it LOOKS better. I can't stand a big red bar over their heads or a name like I'm robbocop!

Endorsed. No health bar and no names will change how you play.

For starters, it eliminates your ability to target enemies in the dark; you need to use torches and magelight to light up a room. Your compass will point you in their direction, but you don't know where those arrows are coming from, which makes combat very different. I enjoy it a lot.

Can you add a frame around the bar, please? So that you have a reference how much health the enemy already has lost...

FYI it seems possible to remove enemy health bar and enemy name entirely through the ini. At least it seems to have worked for me.

Yes, I remember that you could do this. But I also remember that this had some disadvantage and leads to problems. I'm too lazy to look that up since the thread was over 4 years ago on Reddit.

    A Request/Suggestion:
    - If it is possible that you alter or add a new darker red color because the current red is brighter than the vanilla enemy health bar.
    - If it is possible that you add the option to make the health bar a little bit transparent. Something like %75.
