Open it and make sure to check the DentedIronShield.esp file. Open that file and select the affected files (under the Armor and Armor Addon tabs) and right click them, then select "copy as override into" and checkmark your ussep esp. Exit out and save, then delete your DentedIronShield file as it's no longer needed, the mod in its entirety will be in your patch!
