NOTE: for Skyrim SE users. I noticed some anomalies when I was testing them around WhiteRun. It was like something invisible was taking precedent of where they were being placed. However, When I exited white run they seem to work as usual. If you get anything like this please post about it. to let me know. Maybe I just had to zone.
There is definitely a conflict between Nethers Follower Framework's follower torch time limit and this mod. Had to turn off the torches expire. No big deal but now this mod working really well. Finally bloodchill manor is not soooo dark.
despite having 100 torches in my inventory, when I try to activate one of these sconces, it says I am out of torches. ???????????????????? Any suggestions?????????????
Dovahkiin:"Why is Holger called 'The Horse Spearer'? And why do all of your horses have torches attached to their rears...?" Villager: "Lad, they're the same story. And let's just leave it at that." Dova:".............."
Am i the only one that have a problem placing them? When i place a scone on the wall and lets it go, it just drops down to the floor. If i click on it again immediately before it drops, it just disappears. Am i missing something?
Never mind... used the Decorator Helper. Now they are perfect
Simply drop the sconce and select to lock it into place(making the purple part go away). Skyrim SE will put it somewhere in the middle of the room. Put the sconce in your crosshairs and grab it with the Decorator mod(select Decorator Helper under magical powers and activate by pressing Z) and use the spells in your left and right hand to position it where ever you want it. Experiment by moving backwards, forwards, left and right with the spells cast to move it around and rotate it. I suggest walking instead of running because the grabbed item moves slowly.
I drop the sconce and grab and place it . It moves to where it first left my inventory (mid air near me) and stays there. I can place where I want via console after this, so no big deal. Purple block disappears, but a green wedge/pylon stays where the torch goes, even after adding the torch. It sheds light from the torch just fine, but the green wedge/pylon is annoying.
No, Sorry. I'm running 1.5.73.08 a previous version of SE and don't have that issue right now. Maybe someday when they quit screwing w/ the game and messing up my mods it'll work as expected.
