I would also like to see the dashes gone and yet have the border name stay. It was nice to know when one was leaving say Whiterun and entering a different region and did not know what that region was without having to exit the game and look it up. I have tried everything to get it to work right yet all I get are the dashes. I would like to know what I am doing wrong that the text does not appear and there are only dashes. Nothing is overwritting the mod yet there is no text, only dashes
Just tested, working fine as an ESPFE. Had a look at the plugin in xEdit, nothing that should cause issues. Text when looking at banners working normally and everything.
A long time ago, upon seeing this mod I said "Yeah, why not?" and installed this into my Oldrim, thinking this would be good for cosmetic purposes and a little bit increment to immersion. Now I can't play without it. I couldn't realise how important it is until I installed and played it. Thanks a lot.
I don't think the banners change based on Imperial versus Stormcloaks. My memory is that the banners represent holdings/cities, no matter the politics.
Seighfryd is correct; these banners are literally "you are leaving Falkreath Hold and entering the Reach Hold". There's no reason the opposing factions of the Civil War would do anything with them :)

Good tool to have to answer this for you. :)

Note that mods that do not use any scripts and do not modify AE CC stuff, like horses, will work.
( I play the fully updated Steam version, free SE-AE )
