I abolutely love this mod man, hands down my favorite home location in any game ever. I enjoy spending my time in game simply walking around the place, chilling, looking at the waterfall and the fish, sitting by the table or laying on the bed while i read books irl and peek at the screen every 5 minutes just enjoying the scenery. The warm, yellow light is what really sold me on the location, it makes it look so soft. Thank you very much for making this mod!

I was a tiny bit hesitant to try this based on its age, but I'm happy to say that it works fine and I have finally found the custom player home for me. (At least compared to the current state of all the other options I tried before finding this.) I really, really like the softly lit tranquil autumn vibe combined with it being based on the coolest of all player home concepts: A furnished cave. And on top of that, it's a single cell with all the crafting stations and storage I need in one compact layout. It's almost the perfect player home, at least as far as my criteria go, and is definitely so good I'm done with player home mod shopping. This is the one.

As far as the "almost" though, well, unless I'm missing something, there's no smelter. So it doesn't have every station, though it is at least only missing the one I use the least, so it's a small issue. And while it does have enough storage in total if you count all the generic containers like the sacks next to the entrance, the main, or named storage options, are a bit limited. I had to get creative and use some generic storage to break up everything enough, such as splitting clothes, light, and heavy armor into their own containers, or keeping books and spell tomes separate. A few more named containers or generic furniture type containers in the main central area would have been nice, since it's hard to keep generic sacks and identical jars straight, you know? Also, just purely in terms of flavor or style, the main bed could have used more of a dedicated master bedroom alcove or room, like the secondary bedroom has. As is, it's less separated from the rest of the place than I'd "realistically" want, so to speak. Which, again, isn't a big issue or mechanical gameplay problem at all, just a small ding against feeling like the perfect home conceptually, you know? And as long as I'm rambling, a few more mannequins and weapon racks wouldn't have hurt.

Glad you like it. The smelter is there, it's the dwemer cylindric tank thing right next to the shrines. And yeah I know what you meant. I based this home on my old playstyle when I'd bring in max 1 or 2 followers and didn't need to store food. Also the mannequins kept putting their fists on their hips and looking at me wrong, so two was more than enough at the time...

For whatever reason, the teleport spell doesn't work for me. I simply reappear where I just left when I use it.

Hello!  First off, I just wanted to say that I absolutely love this mod and the moment I saw it I knew that it was a must-have.

My only issue is that anytime I try to use the teleportation spell to get back to the house, I either get a moment of the loading screen and then I end up right back where I tried teleporting from, or I get a longer loading screen which eventually ends in a crash to desktop.  Is there something I'm doing wrong here?  Maybe an incompatibility?  Is anyone else having/have had this issue?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is one of my top (if not my favorite) home mods in all of nexus. It's stunning. It looks amazing regardless if you have any re-texture and/or lighting mods or not. 10/10 would recommend. I'd say the only thing I don't like is the location due to hostile creatures being nearby but other than that this is an amazing home and has all the utilities and more :P

I like the home very much, it has all that I was looking for. Just have a question: Can I console disable the entrance to it after getting the teleporter spell and not have any sort of trouble ingame?. I like it as a teleport location only.

You can't disable the invisible markers that allow entrance, however you can use the console command lock 100 on the door itself.

Are you able to do a console command search? I'd try: help teleport (or) help "teleport book" (or whatever the actual item is called). Scroll through until you find the item and its ID number. Should be categorized as BOOKS. Once you have that number, type: player.additem xxxxxxxx 1 (where the x = the item ID).

What a beautiful addition to Skyrim! The space inside is gorgeous and the location in Eastmarch blends in perfect. Teleport is a very nice touch.

I was able to unpack the BSAs and run the ESPFE Follower cell-free script (v1.7.1) by MaskedRPGFan. No issues and mod is now flagged ESL.

I don't think there's an issue with permissions to share so I've sent you a PM. It sounds like you'll be making an enhancement or patch for the original mod so an ESL-flagged plugin would be a complement.

Also, I'm thinking that because there's no facegen or facetint leaving the files in a BSA ought to work. I haven't tried this but I think it's worth testing. If all works fine you get the benefit of having the BSA along with an ESL-flagged plugin.

every time i start skyrim again i'm looking for a perfect player home. i find one i like well enough and use the placeatme command & decorator helper to move stuff around to my liking. i don't know why i bother.

this is the perfect home for me. it has all the boxes i need ticked! it's so so rare to find a good house with storage and ALL (i mean ALL) crafting stations in one load zone. i hate finding a nearly there house only to have to move all the smithing stuff indoors myself! NO it's not immersive but it's *convenient*!

ebongrove is a permanent spot on my load order. best house for a dunmer in skyrim.

Does anyone know what the compatibility issue with Rally's All the Things is, and if that is something that a user could resolve themselves in xEdit or if there is a reason it is impossible to run both?

Has anyone else noticed that the stone door frame seems to have disappeared on the inside and out? Came to redownload for a clean install on ae and noticed they weren't there anymore.

**Nvm, with the Quasart patch it shows up again**
