Update: This works if you rename the BSA and ESP meaning you can have multiple kits. You can also create recipes to craft anything from anything. You can have a field crafting kit, an arrow making kit, a med kit to make bandages, lots of things. I made an enchanting kit with recipes like soul gem + fire salts + weapon = fire enchanted weapon. Most players will not want to make new systems but know there are lots of possibilities here for people like me with limited knowledge.
I probably didn't upload them as a mod page because they won't work for others. I have tried to change everything and make different game play so my files don't play nice with normal crafting, looting, weights, and other things most times. All my mod stuff is stored. I am not much use now but if I have time to mod this winter I would be happy to help anyone make changes or personal mods.

Actually I think I just figured it out, I changed iron arrows to torches and ingot to linen wrap and the quantity crafted to 2. Will that work? When I craft an iron arrow it should craft 2 torches now right?
That should work. Items under Constructable Object have a BNAM - WORKBENCH KEY WORD and usually it is CraftingSmithingForge [KYWD:00088105]. Double click that and you get an arrow to click for a drop down list of choices. You can select tanning rack, cooking pot, or add the arrow crafting station. You didn't know how to work with crafting files and tried anyway. Now you have the ability to redesign all crafting in your game and craft things never craftable. Xedit is the easiest safest way to do things yourself and the possibilities are god like. Lots of people want you torch crafting change. If you have time you could make a mod page. This is great. It works from MISC section of inventory with no placement menu or anything else. I have renamed this `WEAPONS TOOLS and changed it to a portable weapons sharpener. I am also using the portable alchemy version of this, really really nice. I now need one for general crafting of torches, stash sacks, etc. Most crafting mods make you use a power or keep the tools as armor or use menus to activate. This is great for me as is the other one for alchemy.
So I'm downloading this mod to give it a try, and based on what I see in the description, it already looks like it's gonna be a permanent fixture in my load order, but I had an idea I wanted to toss at you. Based on the description, right now it looks like you've made crafting possible only with ingots. Do you suppose it might be possible to ad in crafting with raw ores, but with drawbacks? Like, if you use a raw ore, you only get 8 arrows instead of the full 24? Or you can only craft low quality arrows? Anyway, just wanted to toss that out there. Mod looks awesome, can't wait to try it out! :)
