Running AE. Have both "Skyrim Landscape and Water Fixes" and "Assorted Mesh Fixes" installed. "Dogs of Skyrim" is NOT installed. I'm assuming the ramp issue is being caused by Landscape & Water but have not confirmed that. Regardless, this mod fixes the issue! I've placed this mod LAST in my load order. Thank you so much!
Yeah, I removed the dogs of skyrim stuff from the name when I realised it was basically any mod that alters the landscape that changes it! Don't want to mess with the name of the esp though, in case anyone has sorting rules for LOOT or something similar!
Dropping in my experience as well, same two mods, also had this issue. Installing this has fixed it. I enabled it with a save just outside the Homestead, loaded back in, fixed, no loading issue.
Minor texture mismatch issue because I'm using Skyland, but ultimately you have to be paying attention to the floor to notice it at all, definitely not a big deal and should be expected with anyone using a texture replacer for the ground too. Endorsed.
Hi! can you maybe have a look at what seasonal landscapes does to cc content? it is probably a big ask, but there is quite a bit to fix and i wouldnt really know how and where to start
Updated to AE and went to look at the homestead just to find this "glitch". Installed your mod and problem solved! Thank you. :) (For me the problem was Smooth Shores)
Looking at the notes for the Smooth Shores patch, it appears they probably both do the same thing, so either of these patches should fix compatibility with TH and basically anything editing the landscape around it!

I've downloaded that one for my files cause seeing "dogs of skyrim patch" might confuse me and I might accidentally delete it thinking "well I don't have dogs of skyrim, so" without realising what I originally downloaded it for
For everyone's attention Anna NPCs adds a house right next to it, it makes the homestead raised from ground where you cant enter the door normally and some ground is clipping around it too.
This is also my issue, so I was checking this in hopes that it might work, but since it apparently doesn't, I guess I'll wait for an Anna NPCs patch or eventually just get tired of waiting and take a crack at it myself. lol
I have BBLS installed and it's too close with Tundra homestead so I thought I would try this...
Before I had to jump up to get to the steps, even from the mound to the right of the steps, but now I can walk up the steps. Still messed up but at least better, so thanks for this!

(I tried the Smooth Shores fix, but said Missing Masters, where with this, I didn't have to have Dogs of Skyrim installed.)
I wouldn't be so lucky that someone know a patch specifically for BBLS, would they?? Bathing Beauties or Beefcake - Luxury Suite SE (no longer on Nexus, as the author got pissed at Nexus's new policy on mods, LOL)
I downloaded the Luxury Suite mod earlier, and saw that bad landscape deformity. This patch only fixed the right side of the ground. lol Still better than nothing.

in my case I've found out that the culpable mod is Tamriel Reloaded HD SE.
May I ask if you maybe could make a fix for it?
