This is wonderful... Exactly what I was trying to figure out on my own with little success and much frustration. My only problem is I keep end up being over encumbered, where would I add a script to put the stuff back into the original containers.
Apologies for the late reply but I have lost access to my main PC for the time being. The resource provided also includes a script that each item removed from the chest is identified and then all of the items removed from the chest is removed from the player and transferred back to the chest.
The over-encumbering message is normal and cannot be avoided, as the game is transfering all the items to the player while crafting and then transferring back to the original chest. If you have a lot and a LOT of items, it may take some time for all of the items to be removed.
Thankyou so much for this fantastic resource and also taking a personal interest to refactor some of your code to situate certain specifics pertaining to one of my projects. Its also really good in the sense that its system isn't intertwined or has strings attached to say another system like auto sort.. Can keep systems independent from one another.
