This is a book driven quest...meaning that reading the books will tell you what to do and flesh out the storyline also. there are no quest markers...just like in real life.its cool i know you guys can handle it :) the first book is at the bar where you find rolonce. Thanks to ff7 Legend for fixing the special edition version which was basically just the legendary edition version uploaded here
Wow that's fantastic. Thank you! I thought I had done a map marker but I guess not. This was so many years ago I have always thought about going back in and tuning some stuff up
One big problem with finding the camp is that apparently half of it is buried in the mountain. Three screenshots demonstrating the problem here. First shot is all I saw at first. Note the big mound of dirt. The second shows the stuff needed to continue the quest is actually under the ground. ~tcl to the rescue. Third shot is behind all that, near the actual dungeon entrance on the left, and you'll note how jacked up the landscape is on the right. I wonder if some other mod is causing this mess somehow? Might even be causing some of the black screens others have mentioned. Maybe some texture redo, since I have a lot of those? The dungeon itself is fine.
Not a complaint against the mod mind you, this is really just for those checking this mod out from the future. I enjoyed it, nice story, great weapons and armor. I also have your storyline for Vominheim, but wasn't up on your lore, so I figured I'd at least download this prologue and get the basics. Glad I did! Heartily endorsed and looking forward to the rest!
And yes, future people, be prepared for tough enemies! Not sure how the scaling or my combat mods affected this, but some of these fights gave my level 51 heavily armored high hp tank of a character quite the scrap. One enemy in particular had about 9k hp, and most others were up there too. Most were showing up as level 60.
Hello, when I approach the entrance to The Lost Cavern of Prophecy, my screen just gets darker as if something was going to be activated but it didnt. My screen just stays dark and I can't access the menu or tween menu. You can see what I mean here: https://imgur.com/a/iVP1S0q
I managed to bypass this by using the console command "coc GSP1" without the quotation marks and it teleported me into the cave right by the door. Odd thing is that I can teleport to skyrim from the inside of the cave just fine.
he mods been around for a while so we know it works normally. if you have luscious island , or island of bellaria, or any other gemstone prophecy mods make sure the lost cav esp is under all them. I have other mods that use those dungeon cells as well and it could be a mod conflict.
Something similar happened to me, door not trasporting my char inside, and menu not working so I had to kill the process of the game. Afterward I solved using COC command and entering that way. Except that only bug, the rest of dungeon was smooth, no other bugs, very nice dungeon, decent story, I didn't mind reading dialogues in the books (but I would hate to have all quests in skyrim like this).
The Bloodstone Armageddon ESM flagged ESP patch in The Gemstone Prophecy I - Destiny SE seems to be causing this. I disabled the patch and the dungeon loaded properly and is beatable but the companion never spawns. Before the dungeon when i walk to the tent to pick up the key now an enemy shows up on my compass but i cant seem to find it. Will keep on digging and see if i can find a full workaround.
The short answer of this is I reused a lot of cells in a lot of different mods and didn't always rename them. Sadly a lesson I learned many years too late, so a lot of times you might not be able to have multiple mods of mine enabled.
Hey, you mentioned lower down that it doesn't require a minimum level, so I went in at level 1 and I can't even damage the ghosts and they smash me and the follower down immediately. Since I already started and it sucks abandoning midway, I have to basically cheat and ruin my experience.
Please include what the minimum level is, it can be a very unpleasant experience otherwise :)
G'day RipX is it possible to have lost cavern and the 3 gemstone mods installed at the same time? and could you pls give me an example of a load order,i'm having a tad issue with all of them
u should be able to. I just installed each as i went along, dismissing all my followers after each 1 was finished, but a lot of people say dont do that
Ff7 did the flag ESP. I am guessing you will need to download the heel sound mod . You can go with the non-flag, or search for that mod to use with the flag. I'm not sure why it is required unless it has something to do with the armor you get.
Hi, , this mod alters something already (like existent spells, or clothes, etc) in the game or its only adds new things? And can i put this mod mid-game?
This month does not alter anything. It adds a new set of armor, a weapon, a follower, and some dungeons. None of my mods alter anything. On purpose, anyway :-)
I just finished this adventure and enjoyed it, so I endorsed your mod. I am about to go on to "The Gemstone Prophecy I - Destiny", so do I keep Rolonce as a follower or dismiss her to make room for the other Gemstone Maidens?
Edit: Nevermind, ff7legend answered this question for me. The answer was to dismiss Rolonce and any other maidens you recruit from one of these mods to the next.
That is correct. The story flows best on a single character & each set of follower(s) dismissed prior to starting each mod in the series... Yours truly went in & fixed a TON of bugs in LCoP a ways back. All issues should now be fixed in version 2.2, though I had zero errors/ITMs on my end despite a report to the contrary in the Bugs tab...
