   Would the cosmic spells patch work for people using Spectraverse which includes the spells also?

      No it would not. Cosmic Spells is a completely different mod with a different plugin. A completely new patch would need to be created to work with Spectraverse.

   Thanks for the mod, they had a pretty good idea to implement it this way, so that extending for 1 mod does not conflict with another, pretty good.

   Would this mod patch the "grimytools.dll" error I got when closing my game? This error is related to the Spell Crafting mod. If not, is there any way it can be patched manually?

      There is no DLL in this mod, the grimytools.dll is from the Grimy Plugin in LE. It's related to Skytweak I think. In any case you should NOT be using that DLL, so just get rid of it. Correct me if I'm mistaken!

   What do I do if I am using Cutting Room Floor, Mysticsm, Apocalypse, and Project AHO?  All 3 patches...or will they glitch together?

   There shouldn't be any incompatibilities as all the crafting recipes are new records.
