Simple mod has a simple description. Entire thing is summed up in "just adds the wow sound effect when you gain a level." Not sure what else you want me to add when that's all this mod does.
I had completely forgotten I'd installed this, so you can imagine my confusion the first time I heard it on a new game. I thought one of my followers was complimenting me lol. Great mod. :)
