This mod is absolutely goated, this is how it should be by default, I have no idea why Bethesda decided it's better to introduce a separate first person model that obstructs your vision, this is the first time in a long time I came back to give an endorsement, this mod is criminally underrated
Recently I've been using this mod along with Jaxonz Lights Please. They work beautifully, and they're game-changers. I almost never used these spells in their vanilla forms. They were too much of a hassle for too little payoff, and candlelight was of course ugly AF. But now, with the mods, candlelight actually looks good, and magelight? It's hassle-free, fun, and worthwhile now.
ok so this mod is working well for me insofar as it fixes 2 things: 1) prior to installing this mod, candlelight brightness would flicker up/down in 1st person while moving (caused by the 'orb' either being on screen or not, which changes when you move); this mod fixes that issue 2) brightness between 1st and 3rd person is much more consistent now
Unfortunately because I use ENBLight, the removal of particles means that candlelight now gives off so little light that it is almost giving off none at all (since ENBLight relies on particles). A solution I thought of was to just increase the (non-particle) vanilla-type light intensity, increasing the brightness of candlelight without the need of particles, and allowing me to use this mod with ENBLight. Can I use nifskope to do this? I have no experience with nifskope (or editing meshes at all, tbh) so thought I'd ask here before diving in. Does anyone else use this mod in combination with ENBLight? What did you do to solve this?
Why do you say this is "compatible with Magelight Glow Fix??" If I am reading the descriptions correctly, that is actually included in this one, is it not?
hi there...I have a shadow problem around my character which appears in daylight and sort of comes and goes. makes a spherical shadow which appears a few feet ahead and extends by about a foot. i'm trying to narrow down which mod is causing it and I wondered if maybe it's this one. haven't disabled this mod yet to see, thought i'd just ask, maybe someone knows about it.

THANK YOU!
