Both straight donations and premium membership donations accepted
Removes the particle cloud around the Candlelight Spell and moved to a more tactical area for most combat scenarios. By doing this it also fixes the difference in brightness between 1st and 3rd person, creating a synced-up lighting experience. Not compatible with mods like 1st Person Candlelight Fix that edit the lightspellactorfx.nif mesh. Matter of taste, but I like my edits more.
