About this mod

Lighthouse player home northeast of Solstheim. Also adds wisps (like in Yngol Barrow) that can be made to follow the player.
Includes: Cozy lighthouse with rotating light, crafting stations, beds, storage, library, displays for Elder Scrolls and Black Books, display cases, lore-friendly books with explanations and of course a dwarven jacuzzi!

Phantom Rock is a simple player house mod I made for my own fun. If you want more features, do it yourself.

There's a small questlet where you get a letter from Lleril Morvayn (when you level up to lvl. 10 or above) asking to fix the lighthouse, but there isn't more to it than that. Read the books and notes inside the lighthouse and you should be able to piece together how to turn on the light. You can also just ignore the whole letter thing and just head for the lighthouse whenever you like, you just won't have the map marker to guide you there.

There are several toggle switches around the house to modify some features, you can change the flag, change the child bed to a normal bed, change the "altar", change the vampire coffin to a safe, turn on the jacuzzi. Outside you can exchange the "gazebo" furniture for bedrolls and light a huge bonfire.

There aren't many "advanced" player house features. There are four mannequins, a few flower pots, a lot of display cases and bookshelves, special displays for Black Books and Elder Scrolls, a potion rack and a wine rack in the cellar.

There are several places where you can sit and watch the eruption of Red Mountain, including in the tower, and a few sandbox markers for NPC's. Everything is fully navmeshed of course.

There's a cage trap behind the lighthouse that can spawn additional wisps should you want more of them, you can get rid of them by sneak-activating them, or you can make them stay put by grabbing them and putting them in the cage in the cellar. The wisps do run a script constantly while following you, so it might not be the best idea to have more than a few of them around. I've improved the behavior of the wisps considerably and they act a bit smarter than the ones in Yngol Barrow.

There's a boat that can take you to and from mainland Solstheim.

I'm not aware of any bugs, but since I edited the Solstheim border region to make the island accessible, any other mod doing the same might conflict, in such a case you can simply turn off map borders in the ini if you haven't already (in which case there's nothing to worry about).
The mod has been cleaned, if you wonder why so many cells are edited, it's because of the border region thing.

All features haven't been tested, hence the BETA.
