Great mod, and thank you! Have used and loved your Solstheim boat mod. Just one question--why cripple the boat if the character is overloaded? Horses, wagons, boats--they all allow you to transport loads that are too big to carry on your back, no?
In my game I was thinking "Windstad is so close to Solitude but so hard to get to without swimming (using Frostfall, so that's hardly an option in the cold north, and I don't fast travel for immersion). It would be convenient and lore friendly to have a boat to take there. I wonder if anyone else thought this and made a mod." And here it was, just what I was looking for. Thanks for making this even though it's just for a niche group. Works well. Endorsed.
FYI I ESL-ified this mod and it seems to work fine. Saves a mod slot. I actually ESL-ified all three of this author's boat mods (separately) and am having good luck so far. Could probably put them into an all-in-one and it might still fit into and ESL. Note I am running with "Solitude Docks", so it's not impossible to ESLify this and run it with another docks mod, so long as that mod doesn't stomp precisely on these boats. This author's coastal boat also works for me, even with "Solitude Docks" installed.
Liking these better than CFTO for two reasons: they collide less with other mods; and they have some immersive crafting to do (well not this one but the others have crafting to do).

Currently that mod leaves the Solitude end of this out in the middle of the river :/
Much better than swimming in cold water.
