   Some kids are not affected by this mod and they have RS original plastic hair, any idea of what could possibly cause this?

   I don't care for the ponytail hairstyle on Babette and Sofie. Is there a way to give them a more 'vanilla' looking hairstyle like the other kids?

      I don't have those issues on the updated version (1.6x) on Steam. 
      I am 100% certain it is not related to AE or 1.6x (which changed some scripting code, so the issues are almost only with mods that use scripts, which is not the case here).

    The children don't have their body/skin under their neck connecting to the cloth.
    
    I'm using the Anniversary Edition.
    
    I've tried using Mod Organizer 2, and tried installing it manually with no result.
    
    Edit: Fixed by moving its load order below/after WICO.
