This is a very nice little cheaty mod :) The home is a small Riften style 2 story place that offers a bedroom on the first floor, and a crafting room below full of goodies. The home can be fast traveled to immediately and is a nice addition to the outskirts of Dragons Bridge. The cave outside the home was a pleasant surprise as well! But my favorite part is the bow and soul arrows! They are wonderful and I cannot have a Skyrim install without it. It is a must have for me, and kudos to SoulMaster!
