   Would anyone be willing to make a mod that adds a blank guard shield as a standalone item? Always thought that it would make sense for bandits and such to sometimes have simple wooden shields

   Ahm... I don't wanna be annoying, but please port it to Oldrim... The iron shield is really a pain and i can't find a good replacer.

   Kinda wish there was one with just the middlest and biggest shield.

   I love this shield and I can only request you at some point please make one with higher base stats (read: daedric def lvls) so I can be aesthetically pleasing but also not weak using an iron shield when I'm lvl40.

      This is just a mesh replacement and i only make mesh replacements and skeletons adjustments based on my personal preference. I don't even have the creation kit in my PC. (also i only use skyrim's meshes to replace others, i don't make anything from scratch) I only share my preferences here, but if you have the knowledge you can make a mod to add a shield with this mesh or simply alter an existing one's stats. (And you don't even need to credit me, 'cause the mesh is already in the game without using my mod)

      I wish I had the know how, sadly I haven't jumped into modding quite yet tho I do believe it would be rather simple, just opening the file in TESedit or w/e and changing the values from [what it is now] to [what I want it to be], in this case, higher base def on the iron shield. but I just haven't downloaded all the programs and became familiar with em yet. eventually I will when I care enough and I'm not lazy lmao.
      
      FOR NOW HOWEVER, ive settled on using smithing and potion %+ gears to just steadily continue to increase the iron shield through tampering and its worked well enough. I generally always perk into smithing/alchemy/enchanting anyways cause I'm one of those players that LOVE creation systems. regardless I still love this shield and thanks for uploading it~
