I think they misinterpreted the title they most of actually thought this mods makes npcs smile instead of being an actual retexture also don't use NMM its very outdated if you're just starting out at modding use vortex, but I wouldn't recommend it for a heavy load order use mo2 for that it takes a bit getting used to but it is a bit better than vortex because vortex handles mods a bit odd.
Yeah, me too. I'm already using 1K for those folks...
...Btw... since you, author, worked with beasts... do you have any idea (except the 2 argonian female files) where are (located) the SCARS for the beasts? I've made scars mod and I want for the beasts too.
Haha! I'm afraid that'd just be a waste of performance, there's barely a point to have it 1024 x 1024. But if you edited the UV mapping of the actual mouths you'd probably notice an actual improvement.
@LupusHegemonia All scars (excluding the two you mentioned) are located in "textures\actors\character\female\facedetails" and "textures\actors\character\male\facedetails."
@LupusHegemonia I believe so! They're shared among all of the races, the only exception being the two scars in "argonianfemale\facedetails" that are exclusive to beast races. I'm sure your Orc teeth look excellent, btw! I'll be sure to download once you upload them.

So... ALL races are using these same textures (female/male)?
