Hi Damerian, when i using your version 1.1 i got instant CTD when trying to enter Blue Palace. It's not happened with ver 1.0, and i trying to see what cause CTD in my game and after looking for a while at your mod it seems that your new file in sound/fx/sg_boo.wav cause that CTD. After i hidden it using MO2, i can enter Blue Palace safely with no CTD at all.
For your knowledge, i was using
    - Sound of Skyrim Complete SE (with patch for it from Vivid Weather HD mod itself)
    - Lucidity Sound FX
    - Immersive Sounds - Compendium
    - Fantasy Soundtrack Project SE
maybe any chance it get conflicted with mod i mentioned above? Oh by the way your mod load order is below any of that sound mod.

Sorry that you had an issue with it. Since I'm still new to this I might not have packaged it correctly. The sound is something silly that plays when you use the dread arrows. Perhaps the other sound mods might have caused some kind of conflict. The location of the file on my comp goes data/sound/fx/sg_boo.wav. I might just get rid of those arrows since I can't get the explosion to work right it's supposed to cause the fear effect at the target and instead it only happens at the player once the arrow strikes a target. I just thought it was funny that when the arrow hit something you would hear the sound boo and they would run screaming in terror....lol

Felt like I should leave an update....

Well I have made a few spells as well as some tweaks to the original Wabbajack spell. I took a look at that mod that's on oldrim to see what you was talking about. I'm currently testing out the spells and the Wabbajack one gave me some trouble since I had to quickly learn some papyrus scripting to be able to get it to work. Good thing I have some background knowledge in java, javascript, and HTML which helped me to understand it faster. Once I'm satisfied with what I have done I will upload it with some images. I still haven't done anything with textures just yet and I'll try to see if I'm able to duplicate the raining flaming cheese though that might take me a a bit longer then the other parts I was putting together for this mod.

this mod is hilarious. thanks for making this mod Damerian. Endorsed it :-)
can i suggest something else? can we have custom magic which has an area effect to get everyone in that area getting mad each other but don't get any bounty to player like your arrow ? it will be fun i think if that magic casted once into bandit camp and they will go madness and kill each other instantly until only one of them survived without shoot one by one with madness arrows.

sorry if my english is hard to understand as english is not my native language :-)

    EDIT:
ah pardon me again. i was wrong to see your nick name as someone else. ah how silly me. edited to correct it now

thanks and sure I could see about making it a spell as well... I'm currently working on some more insanity for the mod which will add additional spells.

Nice, reminds me of the Call of Madness mod. Unfortunatelly its not ported over to SE. Are you planning to expand this mod with more madness-inducing goodness?

Sure do you have any suggestions? I'm not real familiar with the Elder Scrolls lore since Skyrim was the first Elder Scrolls Game I have played from Bethesda.

Well, none of these are exactly Lore-friendly.
      - But a spell allowing you to fling cheese wheels would be hilarious.
-The Call of Madness also had a bunch of pun-related items and summons, like a Draugr Breadlord and a Wagon Priest (and a wagon-shooting staff), so pun ideas are always welcome XD
      - Wabbajack spell that on hit triggers random effects
      - Self-targetted spell that can either buff you, heal you or harm you (or teleport you, go nuts)
      - A mace that is a block of cheese on a stick
      - An axe whose blade is replaced by a cheese wedge
      - Wearable Sheogorath's Clothes
      - Flamming cheese wheel shout would be hilarious.
      - A fish stick
      - A weaponised Wabbajack, meaning turning it into a battle staff or a hammer.

I like the way you think. Though my limited experience with the creation kit as well as making textures and writing papyrus scripts will be a challenge. Though I think I could add the Wabbajack spell as something you can cast. As far as wielding the Wabbajack as a weapon to hit someone with that's why i made the Wabbahammer and used the model from Volendrung for itself. I have already made an update to include another type of arrow I'll add some of your suggestions if I'm able to.
