  Adds recipes for crafting scrolls at a Tanning Rack. Recipies will not show up unless you have the following items in your inventory:
  The Spell Tome of the same spell. (Does not consume the Tome!)
  Quill
  Black Soul Gems (Only for certain recipies)
  A high enough Enchanting Skill (25 for apprentice spells, 50 adapt, etc)
  
  *This mod only adds new crafting recipies (and one scroll) to the game, so it should not conflict with anything unless you have different spell tomes and scrolls for some reason.
  Safe to merge....
