This doesnt work. I updated both texconv and texdiag from github, dragged the folder to the bat, and, its just skips every single texture and changes nothing.

Bat script doesn't work with folders with spaces in the path like "My Textures" but works perfect with "MyTextures".

Hey man is it possible to resize using texconv ONLY if the image exceeds a certain size?
Eg: if width or height > 2048 then resize width and height to 2048.
I know texconv can resize and texdiag can return dimensions but I'm not sure how to actually get that information and write it into a condition.

Thank you. I can create models, program computers, and so-forth. What I didn't know was how to get anything I made to work in the game. Even a new texture for something already existing I didn't know how to do without overwriting the old one.

    Downloading now.

Edit: Well I was a bit premature on the excitement. I have the compression/decompression tools for taking a texture from PC to Xbox. It's all that's in the zip file. The images above I guess I could save one at a time and use. Hopefully, you'll continue with this as I wouldn't mind at least making a new weapon or a set of clothing.

I still do the vast majority of my modding using tools made for Oldrim. After I'm done, I convert. It's just easier for me that way. :)

Also - in regards to the above images, I ave a whole lot more resources here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/64868
