It's probably obvious, but this conflicts with the mod Place of Power -- https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6109 -- which overhauls several standing stone areas in a similar manner, including the Ritual Stone.

Overhauls the ritual stone by adding structures and flora (hint ,hint look at the pictures) and its's fully navmeshed, so your followers can go there with you without issues, and cleaned with xedit so it doesn't mess with your game.
It even tells you where the place is located (even if it is actually one of the easiest places to find in the game).
