most perks have had their values lowered to around 10%, 20% and sometimes halved, damage increases have been lowered, and all the required mods edits have additionally been edited to lessen their values, also "defensive maneuvers" instead of allowing for better movement, adds +10 armor rating when blocking since i enabled the original effect by default via skypatcher.
