i should disable vanilla hdr, right? also "You do not need the optimized meshes in the first step of the FOMOD when using the Light Limit Fix with Community Shaders"
what about optimized meshes for rugs, ice cave meshes etc?
I don't believe that they're needed but not 100% sure. I suppose if you get flickering you'll have your answer. I don't use them and haven't had any so far.
"optimized meshes" is kind of a misleading description. Those meshes are split or partitioned meshes intended to combat the light limit. Split meshes however increase the number of drawcalls, which in turn increase the load on your CPU, so that's why calling them optimized is kinda misleading. Since I'm guessing you're using CS and have the light limit fix, you don't need split meshes. Bare in mind that Lux main installer and the Lux patch hub still installs a lot of split meshes regardless of what option you choose. Usually those meshes have "lux" as part of the filename.
Thanks, really appreciate toning down the bloom especially! Will be checking that soon.
Do you think you could/would want to give a look at another similar 'issue' with Community Shaders currently? I've noticed there is a lot of glow added by CS to (inside?) the eyes specifically by the lighting shader and I couldn't really figure out how to tweak it as no setting makes any changes besides turning the shader off. I've done some troubleshooting with people from the CS discord server but it seems like people don't find that as annoying as I do lol Someone else pointed to modifying the shader itself but that's pretty much rocket science to me haha

With DIAL:
Without DIAL:
Lux Suite
Embers
DIAL
KreatE with DALC fix
CS with LLF etc
Light Placer
CS Lights
NAT.CS III
CS Particle Patch
LP Overhaul
Standard Lighting Templates
Where should this go in my order, does it replace or obsolete any of my other mods, and do you have any other suggestions generally?

Thank you for answers.
Does CS fix the shadow limit now? If not, then split meshes are still needed.

In any case, thank you for your work 🙏
