Just run the folder through Cathedral Assets Optimizer and the animation get converted. Much easier than the tutorial below. Tested in Nemesis. First it gave error, after I ran the animations through CAO the errors were gone.
Is there any way you could do this for one handed weapons while they are idle? I like being able to see the swing animations but I don't much care for my character carrying their sword in front of their face all the time lol. Also, I have a 3rd animation mod where my character carries their sword at their side. Super unimmersive that I switch back to 1st person and all of a sudden my sword is back in front of my face.
In response to this post: the meshes are for 32bit skyrim, need to be updated

Is there any fix for unarmed attacks? Remembering whether or not I had my fists raised and having to check third-person gets tedious, and I feel that in unarmed combat, my fists should be raised. If you have an answer that requires me to edit a file, i most likely won't understand since i just use the mod manager and I'm not very good at that. Thanks in advance for any help given!
2.) delete all the files that start with "h2h_" there should be 5 files.
If that is nothing but gibberish to you try to highlight the mod in your mod manager, right click, and look for an "open in explorer" or something similar then attempt steps 1 and 2.
