Basically, I was bored while grinding and decided to make this. There's no way to organically get it, so you'll need to command it in. Type Help "The Scholar" in the console to find it.
What it does is makes a copy of the Lover Perk and buffs the exp gain to high hell - I was getting two-three levels at a time with my skills at Level 50-70ish.
Also, it seems to be compatible with the Skyrim Skill Uncapper SE-AE, though I did have the bUsePCLevelSkillExpMults set to false - aka keep that in mind.
Finally, its compatible with Constellations if you run that.
