@MarauderMc Skyrim SE runs better, has better graphics, is 64 bit (which means it is more stable), can have more than 255 mods and was the same price. So do your research before commenting.
Yes, its the old version buts the final release of the Oldrim version. Meaning its still just one of many releases of Skyrim that came after the original release. The Legendary Edition is basically the "GOTY" version of Skyrim. It came with all of the then DLCs, although nowadays, people colloquially use "LE" and "Oldrim" interchangeably.
Thanks for making this. I don't know why this is the only solution that doesn't involve downloading five third-party programs and messing around in the game files for an hour just to get this to work. I swear to god people are so fucking unhelpful on this site it's not even funny.
For all those, who want to use the CBBE AIO installer with Vortex, here is an easy fix: First manually download the mod, unzip it, within the unzipped folder, there is a FOMOD folder, open it. The file ModuleConfig.xml must be edited at three positions that are easy to identify. Within each of the three <plugin...> elements, the <description...> tags must be placed in first position right under the <plugin...> parent XML element.
Here is the <plugin name="Slim"> shown after correct placement of <description>. After correction, save, rezip and Install from file in Vortex. <plugin name="Slim"> <description> Replaces Her Body With The CBBE Slim Body </description> <image path="fomod\CBBE.png"/> <files> <folder source="slim" destination="" priority="1"/> </files> <typeDescriptor> <type name="Optional"/> </typeDescriptor> </plugin>
Sofia is one of those followers which really pisses you off at first, so you un-follow her, but then in your next big battle you ask why is my AFT team doing so badly? Because they have no Sofia back-up. What are you going to do, all your team is down and you are going to loss the battle. Magic, try Magic! And there in the list of conjurations is Sofia. You quickly summons her and the battle is won. Sofia the follower you can't live with or live without.
I really don't care for the Bard songs. So I always ignored asking Sofia to sing to me. Tonight I was just doing some messing around with followers that I have added. I said, "f*#@ it, this voice actor has a pretty nice voice. Let's listen to some of her recordings of the tavern songs." To my surprise it is adlibbed to a hilarious degree. I should not be surprised that the funniest follower mod character would stop short of making funny song replacements. How big of a fool am I?
