you never got rid of the download nmm button. my sky looks all jacked up now. how do i fix this, and how do i download manually? your read me wasnt very helpful
Actually I did, Nexus put it back... I don't know why this site insists on forcing NMM on people who don't want it.... I don't support downloading with NMM, I don't like or use the program, sorry. You'll have to figure out how to fix it's problems yourselves.
Thanks for informing me of nexus's screw up however, I will attempt to remove the button again... hopefully it stays gone this time.
You should always download textures manually, NMM acts very weird even when it handles them correctly. To download manually, just click "download manually" and install the textures. It's much simpler then dealing with NMM.
I don't watch that, is there a visual similarity? I haven't watched it! This mod has actually been around since around 2013. It's somewhat based on "Heaven's Fence" from Coheed and Cambria's comics actually!
I have no experience with NMM personally I manually install all my mods! No one has reported an error with it yet though... It's a simple texture mod, I am pretty sure it should be able to see it still!
If not I apologize, and I'll remove the "Download with NMM" button.
The simplicity of it isn't really the concern. You should use a mod manager (MO or NMM) for all mods you install because it makes cleanup a lot simpler (it tracks what's installed, and the uninstall process is mostly automated).
It's not as big a deal for a few textures, but when a few texture mods turn into a lot of texture mods, it starts to get messy.
I love this concept and strongly wish it could be retconned into TES or added in the future. Maybe some Magna-Ge figures out how to replicate what the Aedra did in Mundus without the sacrifice and just starts filling the void with planets. A large, but finite and carefully designed, number of world to explore... like NMS but good.

That's an Elder Scrolls VI wet dream right there! huhu
[edit] reread description. I got Climates of Tamriel off of Bethesda.net and it IS the reason I want this mod now!
