East High Rock is a dangerous place.. Doesn't mean there aren't couriers willing to mainline adrenaline rushes on a daily basis. Adds a Mail Lockbox next to the Heart of Her Walls Inn main entrance.

I honestly don't know how well is it gonna sit with folks that such a grim, hopeless and dangerous place such as The Reach (boy is this place dark) has a mailing service, but here it is nonetheless.
Download, place anywhere in your load order, cross your fingers and hope your packages arrive at all (said just for drama's sake, they always will. don't really know how could I implement a chance for packages not arriving due to couriers meeting their demise at the end of a Witchman's blade)
