Thanks for making these menu replacements, they're great. I've been playing around with these and combining them with "Complete Widescreen Fix for Vanilla and SkyUI 2.2 and 5.2 SE" and have found that it fixes the misaligned names on the skills menu, and makes the 3D models in the inventory menu closer to the correct size. For best results install in this order...

    1. Main vanilla file from this mod: ULTRAWIDE (32 to 9 aspect ratio) UI FIX MAIN FILES (LOOSE)
    2. SkyUI_5_2_SE
    3. 3rd Main (SkyUI 5.2 SE Alpha) from: Complete Widescreen Fix for Vanilla and SkyUI 2.2 and 5.2 SE
    4. 3rd Optional from this mod: SkyUI 5.2 UI Patch for ULTRAWIDE (32 to 9 aspect ratio)

This combination provides a very acceptable solution and either removes or improves the problems people seem to be reporting. Don't forget folks, you still need to read the description and do your ini tweaks.

I have currently not the time and interest to sanitize my files for Fallout 4, update patches and deal with support or extra requests. I'm not a big fallout 4 fan but I tried a setting and modified files for that. In the drive folder, I included a patch for the default UI and for HUDFramework. The LooksMenu seems to be not a patch, it has the exact size of the real thing. Maybe I got lazy. Keep an eye for the version number in the filenames. I played only around 2 hours with the setup, so there might be bugs.

Hi, hoping someone can help. I am getting a frustrating issue where only some menus are too large and missing part of the menu above and below the screen, all are crafting related, but not all crafting menus. Examples of menus both working and not working are at https://imgur.com/a/kaz6Z5T.

So Alchemy, enchanting, armour workbench & grindstone are all perfect. Whereas cooking, smithing, smelting menus are all over-large and unusable. Other menus (inventory, spells/powers etc) are perfect. It only seems to be some of the crafting menus.

I'm using MO2, so I can check conflicts. The crafting.swf menu is not losing any conflicts. In fact the only only .swf from this mod that are losing conflicts are the tweenmenu.swf (custom skill framework), favoritemenu.swf (extended hotkey system) and dialoguemenu.swf (Dragonborn voice over 32x9 patch), all of which are working fine. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what might be the cause.

I have tried a couple of other 32:9 mods and am having the same problem (again with craftingmenu.swf winning any conflicts in MO2), so I know it isn't this mod but am a loss to know what else might cause those crafting menus to render differently.

I've only just got my 32:9 monitor and am trying to get this great game up and running!  Any tips/help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated because I have no idea where to look to resolve this... (googling has not helped...)

Thanks. When I first got my 21:9 about 7 years ago, I also found out how nobody cares about ultra wide. Now I'm on Odyssey 31:9 and it's fkn worse.

Can you make one that supports 48 to 9?

No. Every new resolution is the same amount of work as this mod all over again, and I only did it for myself. Maybe you have a chance with the 'flawless widescreen'-solution wsgf.org suggests? Or maybe you want to make your own patch with this guide. The procedure is relatively simple but needs a lot of time.

Thank you very much for your guidance. Based on your guidance, I have successfully modified a UI that is suitable for a ratio of 48 to 9

I did everything MajorTom said to do but I'm having a couple of issues.

The first issue is that when on the level up screen all of the skill names show up on the right side of the screen.

The second issue is that the models for the items while in the inventory are too large.

    Any help is appreciated!

Edit: I figured out you could change the 3d item scale in sky ui.

create a char, toggle free cam in game (tfc in console), adjust camera to a good position, showracemenu in console, create character, toggle free cam again to turn it off
