I always use BBLS as my home base and since I tend to add/update mods in my playthrough the Armory gives me a a quiet cell close by with fewer mannequins than the outfit rooms. Aside from being a nice little showcase room of course.
Was just getting ready to create a mod like this, but decided to look on here first and see if one all ready existed, and found this one.. looks good, good job.
Had this been a stand alone mod that requires just the game with vanilla assets I would have tried to make it ESL. Being dependent on BBLS assets and all of its requirements I felt the safe bet was to leave it ESP.
I converted this from LE to SE using the SE Creation Kit. I loaded it in added some mead bottles and saved it. I just loaded it into TESEdit and it states 44.
