Those Dragonborn leveled lists the monsters are being added to do not exist because they are using the Dawnguard FormID format. All Dawnguard FormIDs start with "02", while all Dragonborn FormIDs start with "04". A simple fix is to change the first 2 in the FormID to a 4:
They're not explicitly canon. But, they look very similar to and have the same lore as (based on the mod's description) the Hushed. Therefore, you can just act as though these are the Hushed.
