Flora and decoration overhaul of the exterior of Tundra Homestead, revamping the aspen trees into a idealistic cottage-like environment. Also includes a cellar overhaul, a preview of an interior overhaul.

I was looking for a mod to overhaul Tundra Homestead as I realized that THTE (which we recommend!) has a hard-to-fix conflict with Skyrim Re-Cut, where the entire mod had to be replaced. The end result is this overhaul, inspired by a farm-turned-cottage that we used to stay at as little ones.
This exterior overhaul tries to emphasize the tundra-ness of Tundra Homestead while giving it unique charm that is worth the 7500 septims in early game. This is immediately eye-catching to those who are and aren't aware of every upgrade in AE.
A preview version of an interior overhaul is also added for curiosity, including a revamp of the cellar. There is a strange error in my version of CK where I cannot edit the home interior, so this version only includes a cellar overhaul and forwarded USSEP changes to static objects.
Additions
- Edits to the two exterior cells surrounding Tundra Homestead, including a flora and decoration overhaul as well as an
expanded farm.
- Adds more lore to the letter "Homestead for Sale" in a rewritten note.
- Lots of small personal touches
- A preview version of an interior overhaul containing a basement revamp,
coming as soon as I can fix Creation Kit error 0xC0000005 when entering
the home cell.
